Terms & Conditions Blue Skye Tours

Welcome to Blue Skye Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including contact details and any relevant travel requirements.

2. Payment

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking with at least 21 days’ notice prior to the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 21 days of the tour date may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Blue Skye Tours.

To cancel a booking, customers must contact us in writing via email.

4. Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate booking changes; however, amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Weather & Safety

Tours operate in most weather conditions unless we determine that conditions are unsafe. In the event of cancellation by us due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time and wearing suitable clothing and footwear for the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care to ensure customer safety, participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk. Blue Skye Tours shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control

Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence

8. Medical Conditions

Customers must inform us before the tour of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns that may affect participation.

9. Photography

We may occasionally take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. Please inform us before the tour if you do not wish to appear in photographs.

10. Privacy

Customer information will only be used for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
